Our gingerbread cookies have just the right amount of spice, and are baked to be chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. This cookie is cut into a shamrock shape, and finished off with royal icing and nonpareils. It is approximately 5" wide by 5" high, and comes individually wrapped.
