Shipping policy
Orders placed online may not be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, or a returned shipment; or if there were spelling or grammatical errors in the gift message.
All shipments will ship with a shipper release, which means we are not responsible for lost, returned or undeliverable shipments, and cannot refund orders that were confirmed as delivered via tracking information. If you prefer to ship with a signature required, you must specifically request this feature. We are not responsible for packaged that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is available to sign.
If there is an issue with your product or shipment for any reason, you must retain the shipment until you've made contact with the Company. Photos, videos, retrival or other requirements may apply.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not allow for products to be in transit beyond 3 business days. This means that order may sometimes be held to avoid products sitting in transit for extended periods of time. Next Day Air and Second Day Air are strongly recommended for all products.
Shipping policies change during summer months. Please check in before shipping during warm weather periods.
