Warm Weather Shipping Notice – Chocolate, Refrigerated & Frozen Items

Some of our treats—like chocolate, cream cheese icing, and anything refrigerated — are extra sensitive to heat. While you're welcome to choose any shipping option at checkout, we highly recommend Next Day Air shipping to help ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition.

Please note: we’re unable to offer refunds for products that arrive melted, spoiled, or heat-damaged if a shipping method other than Next Day Air (please note: Next Day Air Saver is not the same as Next Day Air) is selected.

If you'd like to skip insulated packaging, just let us know ahead of time—we’re happy to provide a custom quote.

To help you save on shipping, we suggest placing non-perishable items in a separate order. These don’t require insulation and can ship via standard methods.

We do everything we can to pack your order with care, but once it leaves our hands, we can’t control the weather or transit conditions. For the best results during hot spells, Next Day Air is always your safest bet!

Please also note that we reserve the right to hold shipments during exceptionally hot dispatch days.
