Choosing a gifts for your clients or customers is an important decision. Whether it be for a holiday gift, a thank you gift, a congratulations gift, or a welcome gift, we've got something sweet to show you care.
Q. Do you offer customizations?
A. We do have options available for customizing your gifts. We can customize with ribbon, stickers and item configurations (i.e. you want to send your team members 8 cookies rather than 6). We can sometimes customize with colors, depending on the product. We cannot do custom shapes of gingerbread houses or cookies.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for my order?
A. It depends on the size of your order and the amount you're sending. Typically during the holidays, we need about 2-3 weeks notice prior to shipping. During other times of the year 1-2 weeks notice is usually sufficient. Please fill out our questionnaire to help us determine the lead time for your order.
Q. Do you have any allergen friendly options?
A. We do not produce any allergen friendly options in house, but we do have partners we can tap into for this. Let us know what your needs are and we're happy to work with you to find a solution!
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. New for 2023, we will offer a 10% discount on orders where the product total is $1,500 or more. This discount only applies to the product cost and cannot be applied to shipping charges. If your selected product includes shipping cost, the discount threshold and amount will be calculated off the retail cost only. Please note we reserve the right to modify this promotion at anytime. This discount cannot be applied to orders with less than 1 month lead time or custom orders.
Q. How do I place a large order?
When choosing The Gingerbread Construction Co. for your gifts, you'll be assigned a dedicated account representative who will facilitate your order to make it an easy experience. Addresses are collected via spreadsheets and processed by our team, rather than through our retail website. Please fill out our questionnaire to help us expedite our response to your request.
